In 1983, Edward Adkins launched his first company. Over the next three decades, he built a wide range of commercial projects in the Southeastern United States and led the way in establishing the “design build” approach as the preferred method for commercial development and construction.

Through the process of growth, he then went on to establish a development company able to undertake larger projects and implement a “full cycle approach” – taking a project from feasibility analysis through site acquisition, design, permitting, financing, and construction. With his vision and management he produced a wide range of successful commercial properties, fostering a reputation for quality and reliability. To complete the circle, he founded a leasing and management company to manage the assets and continue the customer relationship.

In the course of advancing projects, Edward regularly structured innovative financing programs that enhanced project feasibility. He’s also formed and led many partnerships and investment groups that generated capital for projects while enabling investors to capitalize on development opportunities in the Southeastern United States. A proven leader, Edward is known for resolving conflicts and negotiating positive outcomes between investment groups and development projects.

In 2011, Edward brought these skills to the Bitterroot Valley and launched Real Estate Services of Montana, the only full service real estate management company serving Western Montana.
