This 7.5 acre lot was a design-build project by Oppidan Development from Minnesota for Dakota Supply Group. RESM provided consulting services for the owners of the park to facilitate lot creation to accommodate the build-to-suit for Oppidan and unique qualities required for their user. Assisted with boundary line adjustment and lot creation with Butte-Silver Bow County officials.
